Generating progress reports for parents and teachers
Sending important service notifications (account, subscription)
Improving App performance and fixing bugs
Complying with legal obligations

We do NOT use your data for:

Behavioral advertising or marketing
Profiling or automated decision-making
Selling to or sharing with third parties for commercial purposes

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is securely stored on Google Firebase infrastructure with:

HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
AES-256 encryption for data at rest
Access controls limiting who can view data
Regular security audits

Data is also stored locally on your device for offline functionality. Local data is protected by your device's security features.

We retain data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

5. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only with:

Google Firebase — infrastructure provider (data processing agreement in place)
Apple App Store / Google Play — for subscription and payment processing only
Law enforcement — only when required by applicable law

All third-party service providers are bound by data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA, GDPR, KVKK Compliance)

Protecting children's privacy is our highest priority. The App is designed for children aged 4–12 and complies with:

COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) — United States
GDPR Article 8 — parental consent for users under 16 (EU)
KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) — Turkey

Our commitments for children:

No personal data is collected directly from children
Accounts are created and managed by parents or guardians only
No behavioral advertising is shown to children
No third-party tracking SDKs are used
No social features that expose children to strangers
No links to external websites within children's views
Parents can request full deletion of their child's data at any time

Depending on your location, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Important account and subscription updates

You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country. We ensure adequate protection through:

Google Firebase's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for EU users
Compliance with applicable data transfer regulations

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through:

Uygulama kullanım süreleri

Uygulama çökme raporları

Toplanmayan veriler: Kesin konum, fotoğraf, mikrofon kaydı, kişi listesi, cihaz tanımlayıcılar (IDFA/GAID) veya biyometrik veri toplanmaz.

Toplanan veriler yalnızca şu amaçlarla kullanılır:

Eğitim hizmetinin sağlanması ve sürdürülmesi
Öğrenme ilerlemesinin kaydedilmesi ve görüntülenmesi
Ebeveyn ve öğretmenler için ilerleme raporları oluşturulması

Uygulama performansının iyileştirilmesi

4. Veri Depolama ve Güvenlik

Tüm veriler Google Firebase altyapısında güvenli olarak saklanır:

İletim sırasında HTTPS/TLS şifrelemesi
Depolamada AES-256 şifrelemesi
Düzenli güvenlik denetimleri

Hesap silinmesinin ardından tüm kişisel veriler 30 gün içinde kalıcı olarak kaldırılır.

5. Veri Paylaşımı

Kişisel bilgilerinizi satmıyor, kiralamıyor veya takas etmiyoruz. Veri yalnızca şunlarla paylaşılır:

Google Firebase — altyapı sağlayıcı (veri işleme sözleşmesi mevcuttur)
Apple App Store / Google Play — yalnızca ödeme işlemleri için
Yasal zorunluluk halinde — ilgili mevzuat gerektirdiğinde

6. Çocukların Gizliliği (COPPA, GDPR, KVKK Uyumu)

Uygulama; COPPA (ABD), GDPR Madde 8 (AB) ve KVKK (Türkiye) düzenlemelerine tam uyumludur.

Hesaplar yalnızca ebeveyn/vasi tarafından oluşturulur
Çocuklara davranışsal reklam gösterilmez
Üçüncü parti takip SDK'ları kullanılmaz
Ebeveynler çocuk verilerini istedikleri zaman silebilir

Bereitstellung und Aufrechterhaltung des Bildungsdienstes
Speicherung und Anzeige des Lernfortschritts
Erstellung von Fortschrittsberichten für Eltern und Lehrer
Versand wichtiger Dienstbenachrichtigungen
Verbesserung der App-Performance

Wir verwenden Ihre Daten NICHT für Werbung, Profilerstellung oder kommerzielle Weitergabe.

Die App entspricht COPPA (USA), DSGVO Artikel 8 (EU) und KVKK (Türkei).

Konten werden ausschließlich von Eltern/Erziehungsberechtigten erstellt
